Hudson and Co. will offer an à la carte

menu with a $110 per person minimum,

including food and beverage. The menu

will feature our core dishes and special

items for the evening. Guests will enjoy

a complimentary champagne toast with

dessert, specialty Valentine's Day

cocktails, and a champagne program with

prestigious cuvées. Chocolate covered

strawberries will be available, and roses

will be provided, and a violinist will

perform throughout the service. We
